We are strong believers in family. For us, Jerry and Charlie, we have been together for 15 years and have 3 Dachshunds, who are truly our children.

When we created CIRJ (Charlie, Isabella, Rusty, and Jerry) we only had the two Dachshunds. So, now that we are rebranding our design services as Dapper Web Designs, we incorporated our youngest little boy, Dapper, in the name.

So, Dapper is a Dachshund and our youngest child.

If you do not yet own a domain name or web hosting, we ask that you hold off on purchasing that until we begin working with you. So, the first step is to get your free quote using our Quote form.

After that, we will contact you with your estimated payment, not including hosting or domains, taxes, or any other outside purchases. However, we will collaborate with you to make these purchases to ensure you get what you need.

Payment Questions

We love to be able to help our clients afford a website. So, we generally ask for a downpayment to start the project. After that, we are flexible on payments and try to match what you can afford. So there is not anything that is set in stone as far as arrangements. Again, it is based on your budget and what you are able to pay and when.

Financing your project is possible. The financing is not through CIRJ Concepts for Dapper Designs, it is through PayPal. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as well.  To learn more about PayPal Financing, visit

When you become a client, we will ask that you register for your account on our Client Portal. When you do so, please ensure that you register using the with the same email you provided us so that your account matches and links with our records.

Then, depending on the arrangements you make, we will invoice you. The invoice email includes a link to our client portal (below) where you can make your payment via Stripe (credit card) or PayPal.

We normally charge a late payment fee of $15 per month if you are late. However, if you contact us first, prior to the due date, we will happily work with you to avoid additional fees. You can use our contact form and select billing to provide us the details.

Dapper Web Designs and CIRJ Concepts are the exact same company with the same owners. We provide a multitude of services that include computer services as well as design services. We do all billing through CIRJ Concepts. If your statement shows a payment to CIRJConcepts, your payment has been applied.
