Visit Godaddy.com, create an account, and do all of the email verifications. Do not purchase anything yet.

Send us the email address you used for your GoDaddy account. We will then link our accounts via email.
grant us access
We will send you an email where you will grant us access. We will put the items you need in the cart and email you back to checkout

Create a Godaddy Account
When you visit https://godaddy.com, just set up your account, including your profile and billing information, but DO NOT purchase anything at this point. You may receive emails from GoDaddy once you set up the account to verify your email address. Be sure to complete these verification emails.
Once the account is set up and verified, please send us the email address you signed up with. We will then add you to our account and send an email requesting access to your account.
By doing this, it allows us to shop for you. We will put the items in your cart that are needed to get your site up and running. Then, we will send another email with the cart contents that you will click on to make the final purchase(s). This takes all of the guesswork out of you having to be a website expert and allows us to do what you hired us to do.
There is no reason you should purchase things you don't need, and this often happens.
