Charlie Jester of Lincoln, DE, known for his warm smile and fun, approachable demeanor, has always been passionate about creating spaces where people feel welcome and valued. Charlie is a dental assistant who learned web design 20 years ago and formed this one-person web design agency to provide a small number of clients with the benefits of working with a caring, respectful, experienced designer committed to providing affordable web design, e-commerce, SEO, and email marketing services.
Our company name is CIRJ Concepts but we do business as Dapper Web Designs. CIRJ is each family member’s first letter: Charlie, Isabella, Rusty, and Jerry, Charlie’s husband. It’s pronounced “surge concepts” but is hard to market. When we adopted our third dachshund, Dapper, we changed the name to reflect how we truly felt about the designs we create, Dapper Web Designs. (Dapper, Rusty, Isabella, and Fergie are all dachshunds. Rusty and Isabella have crossed the rainbow bridge.)
